Rich Brull
Rich Brull is a long time entrepreneur and business developer with a broad range experience spanning construction, real estate development, technology start-ups and new product development. In the 1990's Rich was one of the early competitors in Robot Wars building robots for competitions from San Francisco to London England. On the heels of being a finalist in the 2004 Staples Invention Quest and a succession of product ideas that followed, Rich formed Steel Table Group in 2011. The consummate maker, creator and professional, Rich finds ways to bring other like-minded individuals together to accomplish big things, Steel Table Group stands to be no exception.
Bob Coulston
_Bob Coulston is a creative innovator with a mechanical background. He served in the early 90's as a helicopter mechanic and para-rescue in United States Air Force. Afterwards he went back into his family business as a 3rd generation residential contractor. He also has extensive experience in website and software development. With a passion for wood working and creation, being with the Steel Table Group is a life long dream and is now coming true with great people. Who could ask for anything more!
Dale Crook
_Dale Crook is an innovator and problem solver. He has turned simple ideas into successful award-winning products currently sold around the world. As a “do it now” guy, Dale is hands-on in all facets of taking a product from concept to creation and to market in record time. He holds multiple U.S. patents and is constantly in the process of developing new ground-breaking products. Dale is a firm believer in using God given talents, skills and abilities to create simple and innovative solutions to everyday problems. He has also helped many budding inventors and entrepreneurs turn their ideas into marketable products.
Brian Hager
_Brian Hager has been an independent inventor and entrepreneur with years of experience innovating, patenting and selling ideas. He was awarded the 2012 JCCC Emerging Entrepreneur Award. Recent
innovations include Holdza Drink and Joist Hook which both utilize
simplistic sheet metal designs that are easy to manufacture and use. Brian has joined forces with fellow innovators to become a member of Steel Table Group. He also enjoys participating in local organizations Inventor’s Club of Kansas City and Boy Scouts of America.
Stan Fernald
_Stanton Fernald uniquely combines art with technology. His academic and professional career has been a tireless pursuit of projects that are challenging and bring together his passions for design, photography, illustration, and the study of optics and optical phenomenon. As a student in electrical engineering at Oklahoma State University, he knew his true passion was in art. Stan transferred to the Kansas City Art Institute in which he received his Bachelor’s degree and went on to receive a Masters of Design degree from the acclaimed design school, Domus Academy in Milan, Italy. He currently works as a medical and scientific illustrator at the University of Kansas Medical Center and is an irreplaceable member of STG.
Curt McMillan
_Curt McMillan is always working on an original
idea. With experience as an entrepreneur (he and fellow Steel Table
Group member, Rich Brull, owned and sold a business in the early
2000’s), web developer, videographer, webcaster and
entertainer (TV, radio, film and stage), Curt is an advocate for
creative thinking and how great ideas are conveyed. After
landing in the finals of the Staples Invention Quest contest in 2004 with Steel Table Group member Rich Brull, Curt has made consumer product ideas a passion over the last decade and now shares
that passion with STG. Curt is president of the Inventors Center of Kansas
City, one of the largest and most active inventor groups throughout the
United States.
